Community Rules

These rules are for everyone who uses NextGenDev Studios services, communities, servers, or documentation.

Core Expectations

  • Treat people with respect.
  • Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or target others.
  • Do not abuse bugs, exploits, permissions, commands, or automation.
  • Do not share private staff information, private user information, API keys, tokens, or server credentials.
  • Follow the instructions of authorized staff.
  • Report issues through the proper support or staff channels.

Account And Access Rules

  • Use your own account.
  • Do not share accounts used for staff tools, server access, dashboards, or protected documentation.
  • Do not attempt to access pages, commands, channels, repos, servers, or systems you were not given permission to use.
  • If your access looks wrong, report it instead of testing limits.

Documentation Rules

  • Keep documentation accurate and useful.
  • Do not publish secrets, passwords, tokens, or private keys.
  • Do not remove safety warnings from setup guides.
  • Do not replace working deployment instructions without testing them.
  • Use clear commit messages when editing docs.

Enforcement

Rule violations can lead to warnings, permission removal, kicks, bans, repository access removal, or staff review depending on severity.

Security-related violations may be handled immediately.
